1. How can I book a taxi service?

Depending on your preferences, there are three ways to book a ride with us:

2. How far in advance should I book the transfer?

While certain rides can be available right away, we suggest booking at least 24 hours before your desired departure time. For special events and tours, requests should be made at least 7 days prior to the date.

3. Which methods of payment can I choose from for taxi services?

Payment is made to the taxi driver, in cash or by credit card.

4. How can I cancel a ride?

The ride can be cancelled by calling on. +385 95 649 5000

5. Are there any additional costs?

No. The final price for taxi services will be shown during the booking process. For transfers, we will share the price once your request is processed and confirmed.

TRANSFERS

1. Can you do tours or suggest trips in Croatia?

Of course, we will be happy to organize for you a journey in our country, let you visit the most beautiful places and have you taste best dishes and wines.

2. Do I need to tip the driver?

This is completely your decision, It is customary to give a tip if you feel the service has warranted this, all our drivers are professionals, there to please you well in any case.

3. What if my transfer start´s from a terminal outside Croatia?

There is no limitations at that point, you can book a transfer wich starting or ending point is outside Croatia. If your terminal is not listed on our price list, contact us and you’ll get it as soon as we can.

4. Can I arange a return transfer directly with the driver?

Yes, you can always make any transfer booking directly with our drivers.

5. Are there any additional fees or hidden costs?

No, there are no booking fees or hidden costs, all our prices are all-inclusive.

6. Is Your Company licensed and insured?

Yes, Drive Royal is a licensed transfers company, and all our vehicles including passengers are fully insured.

7. Will I be dropped off at my adress/ accomodation?

Yes, all our services are door-to-door. The driver will take you directly to the address you gave us during the booking.

8. Will anyone else be travelling in the vehicle I book?

Of course no, Drive Royal offers private transfer services, the price you pay reserves the vehicle exclusively for you.

9. What if my flight is delayed?

All flights are monitored for delays to ensure your driver will be waiting for you when you arrive. There are no extra charges if your flight is delayed.

10. Where will I meet the driver when I arrive at the airport?

All Drive Royal transfer services include Meet & Greet service. There for the driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals of the airport with a sign showing your name. In case you experience difficulties in locating the driver you can always call Drive Royal customer support, which will arrange the meeting immediately.

11. Can I make transfer booking anytime of a day or night?

Yes, Drive Royal provides 24hr transfers services.

12. What happens if I haven’t received confirmation and my transfer is imminent?

Please call Drive Royal customer support at +385 95 649 5000 and we will deal with your booking immediately.

13. How can I make a transfer reservation?

Through our Drive Royal instant transfers quote booking mechanism which you can find on the website or via email and phone.
