GDPR

mean local taxi and transfer services, including airport transfers and bus rentals.

means any information that relates to an identified or identifiable living individual.

CONTROLLER

means the natural or legal person which determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data, and that person is responsible for processing such personal data in accordance with the GDPR and other applicable personal data protection European laws and the laws of the Member States on the protection of personal data.

PROCESSOR

refers to a natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the controller.

SUB-PROCESSOR

refers to a natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the controller, as specified in the agreement and in accordance with our instructions.

YOU

refers to an individual, natural person, whose personal information is collected and processed by DRIVE ROYAL.

2. ABOUT DRIVE ROYAL

We, DRIVE ROYAL, will be held responsible as a Controller for all personal data you provide us with in connection with offering our Services.

As we provide Services to our Visitors and process personal data, we act either as the controller or the processor, depending on the situation.

We act as the controller in situations when we process personal information for our own purposes, and we are committed to processing that information as described in this Privacy Notice.

3.1. ORDERING A DRIVE VIA WEBSITE

Personal data we collect: full name, e-mail address, telephone number, country and related information such as your company name and address, VAT number, e-mail, phone number. These data will be used exclusively for the implementation of the online ordering service.

Payment data (such as card number, etc.) are specially protected by the highest level of security protocols and will only be available to banks for payment authorization.

Legal basis for data collection: performance of a contract (GDPR article 6.1. (b), legitimate interest according to GDPR article 6.1. (f) in the sense of providing our Services to you.

Time period for keeping the data: If we do not enter into an agreement, we will delete your personal data within 6 (six) months after our last communication. Also, on the basis of legitimate interest, if you no longer wish to be contacted, you can object by sending an email to taxi.driveroyal@gmail.com

You have the right to object, i.e. to stop or prevent the organization from using your data in certain circumstances, and we may not need to stop processing your personal data if we give you strong and legitimate reasons to continue using your data.

If your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement is in another EU Member State, or you believe that your rights have been violated in another EU Member State, in any cases, you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority of that country.
